Imagine my amazement when one of my FAVE couples wandered in with boy/girl twins! My eyes welled up, as I was completely moved! They asked me to help prepare Baptism Invitations, and it dawned on me that the circle for them (and for this tiny little stationer) had become complete! What a SWEET honor!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE “Ink by Kymberli Parker.”   Two years ago my husband and I stopped in to what was then “India Ink” to look at wedding invitations.  We really didn’t know what we were looking for or have any idea about appropriate wording/etiquette associated with the invites. Not to worry, Kymberli knew it all. We gave her a few details about the ceremony and reception and told her we wanted to keep it simple. She put together a gorgeous invitation for us.  Kymberli knew we had a budget that we were trying to stay within and she took that into consideration offering different options on envelopes and response cards to help us save.  I have a hard time telling people when I don’t like something, worrying that I will offend them.  Kymberli made me feel really comfortable and could read when I was not feeling a certain theme or pattern. Her concern was that we got what we were looking for and she was willing to spend the time to find out what that was.

Since the wedding, we have stopped by “Ink” whenever a paper need arises (thank you cards, that random gift you need, etc).  We live just a few blocks away and often walk our dog past.  Kymberli always gives us a wave or stops us to catch up.  My most recent trip there was a couple of weeks ago to order Christening invitations for our new babies which again turned out beautifully (the invitations and the babies).   It was awesome to have gone full circle with Kymberli and share our special occasions with someone who is so genuinely interested in helping make these life events so special.

I recommend “Ink” to anyone looking for that personal experience.

This is my first time ever writing a review on Yelp, but after 3 years using Kymberli Parker for all our family’s stationery needs I feel the need to post a review.  We have used Kymberli for our business cards, adult and kids personalized stationery, a wedding, a memorial service, holiday cards and various holiday parties and fundraisers.  For the parties and wedding we also used Kymberli and her team as event planners. They handled everything from RSVPs to location sourcing, catering, and more.  Two of these large parties were out of town and Kymberli and her team were on location to greet us on arrival and to see us off on departure.  As sad an occasion as a memorial service can be, Kymberli managed to orchestrate a huge event for my father at the Birch Aquarium with 3 weeks notice.  6 speakers and 300 attendees and an American and Indian dinner service for all those people.  It was beautiful and my family never worried for a moment.

I know that her wedding services are amazing, but i love her holiday cards most of all, mostly because of the response I receive from family and friends.  I realized that the last two years I did not even choose the cards, rather I told her what I was looking for, showed her a photo and she did all the rest, printing photos, ordering cards, assembling, addressing and mailing them for me and reserving the select few in which I wanted to include a personal note.

I have been ordering Holiday Cards from Ink for several years. What started as just a way to check in with friends and family during the holidays has now turned into a fun project of style, design, and excitement each holiday season. Kymberli has made the process of ordering cards seamless for a person like me that can be a bit of a perfectionist as well as obsessed with presentation!

The feedback I receive from friends and family always warms my heart. Kymberli helps with everything from the message on the card, design, dimensions and specifics to give to the photographer for the family photo shoot, assembling, and did I mention she called me while in line at the post office to pick up stamps for me?

Although I consistently come in every year for holiday cards, I also look forward to popping in the store for cute party invitations, pens, and calling cards and personal stationary.

I have never written a review on yelp, although I reference all reviews when searching for restaurants, retail, etc while traveling. I was encouraged to write this review after reading the unfortunate experience of another yelper.  :(

I first used Ink for my father’s Celebration of Life.  They respected my budget, were extremely compassionate and very sincere.  They were also very reasonable compared to other stationery stores that kept trying to get me to spend more than I could afford to spend.  It was this great service that caused me to use them for my wedding invitations and a post-wedding celebration in another state.  Again, they were great about working within my budget, finding me ways to save money and giving first rate service.  My friends all called to tell me how beautiful the invitations are and wanted to know which stationary store I used.  They invitations truly are special and it was Kymberli who directed me to the invitations she knew I would like.

I found Kymberli and her staff to be wonderful and genuine.

The holidays are upon us, that means busy is times 10 and we all have IMPORTANT (pause) things that need to be accomplished. Kymberli is an absolute must for your wedding invitations in San Diego!  She is truly the best in town.

I had made appointments at other places, but immediately fell in love with Kymberli.  Her gregarious personality makes you feel at home (I felt like I knew her for years), and she respects your vision.  Wedding invitations can be fairly overwhelming, just with all of the options, pricepoints, etc….but Kymberli will work with you, your budget, and your vision.  I got my entire wedding invitation suite from her, and my day-of paper.  She also arranged for calligraphy too!

One of the best aspects of the experience is that she is prompt, organized, and works well with timelines.  Kymberli’s attention to detail and knowledge of ettiquette was such a great help, and made for an amazing experience.  Trust me, the last thing you want to be worried about is whether or not everything will be spelled correctly, whether or not your invites will arrive in time, or if Auntie Mame is going to be offended by how her envelope is addressed.  GO WITH INK BY KYMBERLI PARKER!
